Kate E. Maguire practices in the areas of general tort defense, medical malpractice, employment and civil rights litigation. She also handles insurance coverage issues, automobile cases, and general personal injury. Ms. Maguire has extensive experience in state and federal trial courts and has received favorable verdicts for both public and private sector clients. She has handled numerous appeals in New York State appellate courts, and has mediated and arbitrated numerous cases with favorable results for her clients.  Kate has represented insurers on a wide range of insurance coverage claims, including business interruption, errors and omissions and advertising liability.

 

She is an active member of her community and serves as a Trustee of the Village of Flower Hill.
