Frank is an attorney with over 30 years legal experience.  During that time, he has worked in the areas of Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice defense.  Over the years, Frank has achieved success with victories on trials and negotiated settlements.

Frank also has over 15 years of Labor Relations and Human Resources experience.  He has worked in school and healthcare settings collaborating with a multitude of unions representing various professions.  Frank has been responsible for all aspects of labor relations, including contract negotiations, contract interpretation, grievances, arbitrations and investigations.  Frank spent the last year as a private attorney and human resources/employee relations consultant.

Frank grew up on New York City and attended college in Boston.  Frank is a graduate of Boston College Law School, after graduating from Boston College.  

Frank is a member of the New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Ohio bars.  Frank is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court in both the Eastern and Southern Districts.
