David Lewittes has worked at large firms and as head of litigation at small firms. He has vast experience as a litigator, having represented clients that include many large institutional companies, and has handled a wide variety of cases, including many complex litigations of all different types—securities, antitrust, real estate, media and entertainment, intellectual property, and a wide variety of commercial and contracts matters, to name a few.
He has written about U.S. Constitutional law and is a recognized authority on separation of powers, has published a novel (under a pseudonym), has been commissioned to paint portraits, speaks several languages, and, among many other things, has taught high school and college level mathematics.
